A grief therapist begins telling his clients exactly what he thinks
Ignoring his training and ethics, he finds himself making huge changes in people’s lives — including his own. The cast of “Shrinking” shares the best moments that defined their characters in Season 1 and reveals who has the best Harrison Ford impersonation. When Brett Goldstein, Jason Segel and Bill Lawrence were asked how they got Harrison Ford on the show, Segel said Goldstein originally wanted a “Harrison Ford type” and that he was going to audition people similar to Ford.

Segel told Goldstein that they should at least bring it to Ford first, thinking he would immediately turn it down, but at least other people would hear that Harrison Ford had been brought on, sparking interest from other notable actors. Ultimately, Goldstein talked to Ford and convinced him for the role. Goldstein still doesn’t understand what he did to convince him, but he was thrilled nonetheless.
I actually really enjoyed Shrinking
It’s about a grief therapist (Jason Segal) who has had enough and starts telling his patients exactly what he really thinks of them. What follows is a genuinely funny series that will have you laughing out loud. The best part of the show is the interactions between Segal’s character and Harrison Ford’s character.
I can’t wait to see more!
This show has received nothing but good reviews for a reason. This show will undoubtedly be nominated for all sorts of awards and rightfully so. It must be doing well because it’s already been given an early renewal for a second season.
